  Insulation paper is a type of specialty paper with high dielectric strength, designed to isolate electrical conductors, prevent current leakage, and withstand electric field stress in electrical equipment. It is a core component for ensuring the safe and stable operation of electrical devices.

1. Base Paper Selection: High-purity wood pulp Insulating Paper with high dielectric strength and mechanical toughness is adopted as the substrate.
2. Adhesive Formulation: The applied adhesive is typically thermosetting resin (epoxy resin, phenolic resin, etc.), which has excellent heat resistance and insulation stability.
3. Grid Coating: Using precision coating equipment, the adhesive is coated on the base paper in a regular lattice pattern (adjustable grid size according to application scenarios).
4. Drying & Curing: The coated paper is dried at a controlled temperature to remove moisture and preliminarily cure the adhesive, ensuring the material maintains flexibility for subsequent processing.
