Product Description:
Diamond Dot Paper (DDP) is a special F-class insulating material used in oil-immersed transformers. Its base is electrical
Insulating Paper, and both sides are coated with a modified epoxy resin in a diamond pattern. It integrates three core functions: bonding and fixation, heat resistance and anti-displacement, while ensuring the unobstructed flow of oil and gas channels.
Background
The development of
diamond point paper aims to address the shortcomings of traditional laminated insulation, such as easy displacement, high risk of partial discharge, and insufficient mechanical stability. Its core innovation lies in the diamond point coating - unlike full surface coating, this structure forms independent bonding points after curing. It not only provides sufficient bonding strength (≥400–650 N/cm²), but also retains channels for transformer oil penetration and internal gas leakage, thereby suppressing corona and partial discharge.
Special insulation performance: As an F-class insulation material, its base material is electrical insulating paper, and it is coated with a double-sided diamond-pattern modified epoxy resin coating, effectively suppressing corona and partial discharge, ensuring the safe operation of electrical equipment.
Excellent bonding and stability: Using the point diamond coating technology, it forms independent bonding points after curing, with high bonding strength (≥400–650 N/cm²), good heat resistance and anti-displacement performance, as well as strong mechanical stability.
Good oil and gas permeability: Unlike full surface coating,
Oil-Immersed Transformer Diamond Dot Coated Paper point structure retains sufficient channels for transformer oil penetration and internal gas leakage, avoiding insulation failure due to poor oil and gas circulation.
