Product Introduction: High Quality Diamond Dotted Paper is a specialized electrical insulation material produced by coating electrical insulation paper with epoxy resin in a diamond-shaped dotted pattern. Widely used in transformers and high-voltage electrical equipment, it provides excellent electrical insulation, bonding strength, and heat resistance. During transformer coil drying and curing processes, the resin melts and firmly adheres the layers of paper, enhancing mechanical stability and ensuring reliable insulation performance under long-term operation. The base paper is made from high-purity electrical presspaper, ensuring uniform thickness and consistent dielectric properties. The epoxy resin coating softens during heating, creating strong adhesion between insulating layers and reducing the risk of partial discharge. Diamond-shaped resin dots are evenly distributed, which allows effective oil penetration while providing firm bonding. This balance of insulation and impregnation performance makes it highly suitable for oil-immersed transformers.
